Returns
At Global Girlfriend, we guarantee all of our products. We will completely refund any merchandise due to manufacturing defects or damage. All claims for returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods by calling or e-mailing your sales rep. No credit will be given for products damaged at your location.
To return merchandise, please contact customer service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA); please do this in advance of shipping the return back to us. We can not process returns with RMAs. Please use a shipping method that provides a tracking number and confirmation of delivery, and keep a copy of of these details for your records. Global Girlfriend is not responsible for any lost returns for which customers cannot provide proof of delivery.
